KSG-Me has established a track record in the areas of refurbishment, modification and the provision of technical advice. Our shop floor has been re-designed to cater for the logical flow of disassembly, cleaning, coating and reassembly. We continuously invest in automation to reduce the overall processing time and probability of human error.
We can refurbish former holders at a capacity of 5,000 former holders per day. Coupled with proper planning and logistical integration, such high capacity can enable you to minimise your downtime. To manage the delivery process, KSG-Me provides both the collection and delivery of your worn and refurbished former holders.

We further have the capacity of refurbishing chains at 10,000 metres per month. With this capacity we can cater for large dipping lines and/or multiple smaller lines at any one time. Our facilities are equipped with test benches to ascertain that chains are up to specifications prior to shipment.
With skillsets in the areas of design improvement, milling and machining, KSG-Me can modify your dipping line or sub-systems to upgrade the line’s capacity or to enable the line to function more efficiently. Our capabilities include:
