KSG-Me’s core team comprises project managers who skills and experience have been forged through years of practical, hands-on involvement in steel fabrication, modification, machining and design and installation of dipping lines.
Our team is supported by a group of co-ordinators whose role is to facilitate the timely ordering, delivery and clearance of materials and parts that enable our project team to complete the build on time and within budget.
Depending on your requirement, delivery of a complete dipping line, from the conceptualisation phase to the commencement of production, can be completed within a four to six month timeframe.

Build a complete dipping line or buy component systems to suit your needs
KSG-Me can design and build a complete dipping line, customised to your needs, or supply sections and sub-systems to complement your existing line. We are capable of designing and installing both latex and nitrile dipping lines with chain lengths of up to 1,700 metres, line lengths of up to 130 metres and heights of up to 15 metres.
We can also supply and/or modify individual sub-systems within your dipping line, down to the smallest component. The illustration provides a visualisation of a dipping line’s core components, sub-systems and examples of components within a sub-system.
